President Trump Slams Radical Left Judge for Protecting Violent Criminal Aliens—“MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN Means Sending Them Back”

President Donald J. Trump got heated after Obama-appointed Federal Judge James Boasberg blocked his use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport vicious MS-13 and Tren De Aragua animals back to their countries of origin, El Salvador and Venezuela, respectively.
“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President,” Trump blasted. “HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING! I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY.”
Judge Boasberg’s order halted deportation flights carrying over 200 violent illegal aliens, many MS-13 gang members, scheduled for removal.
DOJ lawyers refused full compliance, exposing the insanity of the ruling.
Bush Crime Family appointee Chief Justice John Roberts rushed to defend the Obama judge.
In a rare public statement, Roberts said: “For more than two centuries it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.”
The hell it’s not.
President Trump fired back: “This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
President Trump said Boasberg wasn’t just wrong—he was obstructing the will of the American people.
“I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do,” President Trump declared.
House Republicans answered President Trump’s call. Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas immediately filed Articles of Impeachment against Boasberg, stating his rulings amount to “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
“The judge’s actions are outrageous,” Gill said. “He’s aiding and abetting violent criminals. That’s impeachable.”
Boasberg’s move is part of a broader war between radical federal judges and President Trump’s America First agenda.
The U.S. Supreme Court had a chance to fix this mess. Instead, they stood down.
Chief Justice Roberts offered platitudes about judicial independence, but three months after his 2024 Year-End Report, the swamp is worse than ever. Roberts talked a tough game about “doxxing” and “misinformation.” But the federal courts are still the same swampy cesspool.
SCOTUS Doxxers and Radical Left agitators like TikTok’s Danesh Noshirvan roam free, terrorizing federal judges, public servants, journalists, and private citizens with impunity. The Right is crucified for parenting, peaceful protests outside abortion clinics, and generally breathing. The federal courts sat by spineless.
In the wake of the Dobbs decision leak, Noshirvan led the charge in doxxing Supreme Court justices, releasing their home addresses, family details, and personal information.
His reckless campaign of harassment created a dangerous environment that directly led to an armed man targeting Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. The would-be assassin admitted his goal was to kill Kavanaugh over the Court’s anticipated abortion ruling. Noshirvan’s doxxing spree incited violence and placed justices’ lives in jeopardy while federal authorities did nothing.
He continues to operate with impunity, proving that leftist agitators face no consequences—even when their actions nearly spark political assassinations.
Noshirvan is supported by radical leftists like Scott Dworkin, CCP-style methods, and his unethical lawyers to sue private citizens with legal claims that smack of extortion.
Lower federal court judges flail like jellyfish, their hands tied like impotent legal eunuchs. And those are the “good” ones.
The worst of the worst intentionally obstruct President Trump’s Make America Great Again agenda. These rogue jurists include Boasberg, New York District Court Judge Paul Engelmayer, and fellow D.C. District Court Judges Amir Ali and John Bates.
The federal judiciary is a swampy cesspool. Chief Justice Roberts talks a big game about judicial integrity, but where is the action? Nowhere. Roberts has done very little since 2005 to stop the weaponization and corruption. If BEING AND NOTHINGNESS were a legal discipline, he’d be Jean-Paul Sartre.
If Roberts had acted in any way to stem the swamp in the past twenty years, the federal judiciary would not now need wholesale change. Maybe it was by design.
Only President Trump has the courage, the will, and the mandate to clean up the haplessly partisan federal courts.
The federal courts have waived their chance. The political branches will fix this. Impeachment is just one way. And Roberts may have bit off more than he can chew.
“Trump is already less than enamored with [Roberts] for his history of obstructionism. The Oath and Bible stunt at the Inauguration didn’t help,” a Trump insider said, referring to the Chief Justice’s rushed administration of the Presidential Oath. Some believe it was intentional.
While Roberts might do his best to protect the federal judiciary from the political branches of government, judicial impeachment does happen. The last federal judicial impeachment in the United States occurred in 2010 when Judge G. Thomas Porteous was impeached by the House of Representatives and subsequently removed from office by the Senate.
Notable federal judicial impeachments in American history include John Pickering, who was removed from office in 1804 for mental instability and intoxication. Other examples include West Hughes Humphreys, convicted in 1862 for refusing to hold court, and Robert W. Archbald, removed in 1913 for improper business relationships with litigants.
No Supreme Court Chief Justice has ever been impeached. Samuel Chase was the only Associate Justice to be impeached in 1804 due to accusations of political bias and misconduct. The Senate acquitted him in 1805, and he remained in office.
But if Roberts pushes President Trump any further, expect fireworks.
“Donald Trump showed the American people and the world that he will battle for America First principles. The Radical Left Democrats point to their two impeachments as the height of their accomplishments [during the first administration]. But they weren’t even speedbumps for the greatest political movement the world has ever seen,” a Trump insider said.
According to legal scholars, Roberts does not have a “scrapper” makeup. He is an institutionalist who prides himself on consensus building and maintaining the integrity of the American government’s third, most cloistered branch.
“To be fair, no one is made like President Trump,” said a legal expert. “Articles of Impeachment filed against Chief Justice Roberts would devastate his ego. A vote to impeach would be a real black eye and destroy any legacy he thinks he has.”
President Trump could be poised to deliver that blow, knowing full well there won’t be enough votes in the Senate. Roberts would go down in history as the only Supreme Court Chief Justice ever to be impeached, and for President Trump to secure the America First agenda, an assault on judicial legacies might be enough.
Another political option is to cut funding to these rogue judgeships. Congress can pass a bill removing the seats of Article III Judges. Non-constitutionally mandated lifetime appointment judges under Articles I and IV who serve for specific or administrative purposes can pick up the slack.
“Court of Claims and Magistrate Judges could resolve many court matters without the necessity of a lifetime appointment.”
Judge Boasberg is just the latest in a long line of leftist judges weaponizing the courts against Trump.
Roberts once claimed there are no “Obama judges or Trump judges.” Reality proves otherwise.
“No one has time for more of Roberts’ nonsense or nonaction,” the Trump insider said. “We’re going to do what needs to be done to protect this country.”
MS-13 and Tren De Aragua are known for vicious crimes—beheadings, rapes, child murders. President Trump’s executive order was clear: deport these animals.
Boasberg’s ruling would put those criminals one step closer to being back on American streets.
“This is about our safety. Our families. Our country,” President Trump declared. “These radical judges don’t care. But I do.”
With Democrats silent and the media cheering Boasberg, the American people are seeing the swamp exposed.
“They don’t care about your safety,” President Trump warned. “They don’t care about you.”
The New American Golden Age demands strong borders and safe streets. President Trump assured the American people, and he’s delivering. Promises made, promises kept.
“We’re going to send every single one of these criminals back. And we’re going to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” President Trump said.
The fight is just beginning. But with President Trump leading the charge against a swampy federal judiciary brimming with Radical Left Judges, America wins.
