Danesh Noshirvan may have finally gone too far.

The TikTok provocateur known as @thatdaneshguy just crossed a line that may cost him everything: falsely accusing a decorated Black attorney of Racism.

Openly and unapologetically.

Cancel Culture Crashes Into the Federal Bar

Miami-based civil rights attorney Julian Jackson-Fannin is no internet troll.

He’s a partner at Duane Morris LLP, a former federal law clerk, a published scholar, and the Vice President of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association—Miami’s oldest and most prominent association of Black attorneys.

But none of that stopped Danesh from labeling Jackson-Fannin a RACIST during a federal court deposition. Fannin questioned a picture where Danesh’s self-admitted mentally damaged wife, Hannah Butcher Noshirvan, is apparently dressed in “Black Face.”

“The question was totally in bounds. It was an opportunity for [Mrs. Noshirvan] to tell her side of things. The outrageous reaction reveals it was much more than a simple misunderstanding,” said a Florida attorney.

His smear against Jackson-Fannin didn’t just fall flat—it further exposed Danesh as a man willing to weaponize race to silence truth.

Danesh also baselessly alleged that Jackson-Fannin “shared revenge porn in court,” another baseless claim.

Danesh Jumps the Shark: Court filings show Noshirvan’s OnlyFans page, which his wife, Hannah Butcher Noshirvan, says she knows nothing about.

In fact, court transcripts and exhibits show that Danesh and his wife Hannah Butcher Noshirvan were the ones under scrutiny for distributing explicit content without consent or required records, possibly violating federal laws.

Danesh’s false accusation appears to be a calculated distraction—a clumsy attempt to shift blame as his own testimony, deposition admissions, and business records unravel.

The bizarre attack wasn’t based on anything Jackson-Fannin said or did. It was a desperate, flailing attempt to distract from the legal collapse Danesh is now facing in Fort Myers Federal Court.

Danesh and his counsel, Nick Chiappetta, a poorly regarded “ambulance chaser” from Lake Worth, Florida, are struggling to defend against multiple revelations of perjury, false filings, and potential federal crimes—some of which surfaced in a recent deposition of Danesh’s wife, Hannah Butcher Noshirvan.

Lies So Big They Defy Logic

In signed court filings, through counsel in open court, and in sworn deposition testimony, Danesh told lies so brazen they border on parody.

He claimed he has “no copy” of the infamous Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot video Anjlyke Reed sent him.

This is the same video that launched a targeted campaign against Florida mother Jennifer Couture.

The video is all over the Internet, shows Danesh’s selective editing, and is squarely relevant to the issue of intent.

Danesh admitted—on record—that he used a fake account under the name “ERICA SABONIS” to message Couture.

He has also confessed to using sock puppet accounts for deceptive purposes in other cases.

That raises serious questions about whether he committed Aggravated Identity Theft, a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 1028A.

Danesh refused to identify which documents or evidence responded to specific requests in discovery, a violation of basic federal court rules.

Joey Camp and his girlfriend. Danesh calls Camp a “Nazi.”

Even worse, Danesh peddled the conspiracy theory that former adversary Joey Camp was “PWNed” or “hacked” and then “swatted” him.

But Danesh can’t explain how that fantasy implicates Couture, Dr. Ralph Garramone, Attorney Patrick Trainor, or anyone else he’s suing.

Danesh Noshirvan uses the federal courts to sue, and doxxes the federal judiciary when it suits him.

There is no evidence. No link. Just wild, guilt-by-association claims fed by paranoia, lies, and Court-sanctioned fishing expeditions. And even after all of this, Danesh and his dog-bite lawyers can’t prove any association.

The Laptop That Proves the Lie

Danesh says his business is “Content Creator” and that he only posts videos from a Galaxy phone.

But in open court, Julian Jackson-Fannin dropped the receipts.

Danesh Jumps the Shark: Attorney Jackson-Fannin uses Danesh’s tax returns to reveal a lie.

Jackson-Fannin stated that Danesh claimed a high-end video editing laptop as a depreciating asset on his tax returns. Yet Danesh swears under oath he never used it for content.

That’s not believable—and likely false.

What kind of TikTok influencer owns a premium editing rig and uses only a cell phone?

Meanwhile, Danesh can’t define what his business actually does. He says it’s “accountability.”

But his actions—targeting, doxxing, threatening, and monetizing outrage—look a lot like extortion.

The Bombshells From Hannah

According to record facts and Danesh’s own posts, in a recent sworn deposition, Danesh’s wife, Hannah Butcher Noshirvan, formerly employed as a Pennsylvania Dog Catcher, made multiple admissions that undercut their entire legal strategy.

She said she and Danesh are in an “open relationship” and that she did not consent to appear in content uploaded to Danesh’s OnlyFans page.

She also admitted she never signed the legally required model releases under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.

That may expose Danesh to federal child exploitation and adult content record-keeping violations.

Danesh Jumps the Shark: Noshirvan’s OF page was deplatformed for failure to supply the appropriate model releases, potentially in felony violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Hannah further said she didn’t know whether Danesh has an OnlyFans page, Danesh’s basis for the bogus “revenge porn” outburst against Attorney Jackson-Fannin.

No knowledge? That’s a problem.

Content from the OF site—admittedly depicting Hannah and others performing sex acts on Danesh—has already been archived and referenced in court filings.

Race Hustler’s Last Card: Cry Racism

With every lie exposed, Danesh has only one move left: play the race card. And he did it loud and wrong.

His attack on Jackson-Fannin, a Black attorney with unassailable civil rights credentials, was not just absurd—it was offensive.

Jackson-Fannin clerked for a federal judge. He’s won major cases, leads diversity initiatives for the Florida Bar, and mentors younger attorneys. His career is built on fighting for equality.

But Danesh, whose social media brand thrives on labeling people Racist, couldn’t resist turning a respected Black lawyer into his next target—because Jackson-Fannin told the truth.

This wasn’t just a “mistake.”

This was no different from the six justices of the U.S. Supreme Court that Danesh previously targeted and doxxed.

The Julian Jackson-Fannin attack was the moment Danesh jumped the shark. No one would be surprised if he takes the piece down upon the advice of litigation counsel.

But we’ve preserved it here for all to see.

Danesh’s own words of the BEST EVIDENCE.

The Courts and the Feds Are Watching

Federal judges have already denied Danesh’s demand. In Fort Myers, multiple sanctions requests were laughed out of court.

His own filings have become self-destructive. The deposition testimony shows a clear pattern of manipulation, deception, and deflection. His legal theories—like claiming that public social media posts are “conspiratorial communications”—are being dismantled in real time.

Worse still, Danesh’s scorched-earth tactics have exposed him to criminal referrals from Texas to Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C.

There’s more than chatter in Denton County, Texas, that felony charges tied to the suicide of Coach Aaron De La Torre may be imminent.

Sources also confirm that authorities are probing Danesh’s relationship with foreign money and influence. Danesh has ties to the Soros-funded Democratic Coalition Against Donald Trump and its principal, Scott Dworkin.

In the wake of the official investigation of Letitia James, Noshirvan and Dworkin must be outright worried about scrutiny of their activities, potentially violating campaign finance laws and the Foreign Agent Registration Act.

Plus, it’s probably safe to say that there’s no love lost between Danesh and “The Boss” at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Final Act of a Cancel Culture Con Man

Danesh Noshirvan built his brand on public shame, internet mobs, and viral lies. Now the mask is off.

Danesh lied to the court. He may have broken federal law. Now, Danesh weaponized his platform to smear an accomplished Black attorney who dared seek the truth.

Danesh is not a truth-teller, a civil rights advocate, or even a “content creator.” He’s a cancel-culture race hustler whose only talent is targeting vulnerable people and monetizing their destruction.

His business is extortion. Plain and simple.

Danesh thought he could smear anyone. But when he went after Julian Jackson-Fannin, he picked the wrong fight—and proved he doesn’t even know what Racism is.

Because when a TikTok grifter accuses a Wilkie D. Ferguson Bar Association Vice President of bigotry, it’s not just a lie. It’s a joke.

And the whole country just heard the punchline.

Danesh jumped the shark. And now he’s circling the drain.
