Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe Tear into Danesh Noshirvan’s Web of Deceit on The Unknown Podcast

Danesh Noshirvan Exposed: Lies, Lies, and More Lies
Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe took aim at influencer Danesh Noshirvan in the latest episode of The Unknown Podcast.
With guest Christy Black, they dissected Danesh’s repeated lies in court and online, laying bare his shady dealings and digital manipulation.

Danesh told Federal District Court Judge John E. Steele he was not a “Mega Influencer,” despite boasting over 2.5 million followers.
“Danesh is lying through his teeth,” Luthmann said. “He lied on the stand and said he’s not a Mega Influencer, even though his reach spans millions. That’s classic gaslighting.”
Even Danesh’s expert, Brad LaPorte’s so-called “Expert Report,” submitted to bolster Danesh and his swinger wife Hannah Butcher Noshirvan’s claims of personal injury, refers to Danesh as a “Mega Influencer.”

Luthmann and Volpe focused on Danesh’s appearance in federal court, riddled with inconsistencies, evasion, and outright lies.
Outside of the courtroom, Danesh painted a rosy picture of the veritable sh-tshow. He claimed “victory” in the case, saying he looked confident in court.
But Luthmann exposed the truth: “Danesh lied on the stand and to his followers. He and his lawyer, Nick ‘Chia Pet’ Chiappetta, made wild claims about me intimidating witnesses. But it was all a show. The biggest revelation may well be Danesh’s criminal exposure under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. It was clear to everyone in the courtroom that he probably committed a crime related to the production of commercial pornography on OnlyFans.”
Danesh Noshirvan Exposed: Pornography and Missing Records
Danesh and his wife, Hannah Butcher Noshirvan, managed and appeared on an OnlyFans page, with their images documented in court filings.

Luthmann pressed Danesh outside the courthouse about missing 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance records.
“Danesh, you didn’t file the required model releases to prove no children were involved. That’s not just sloppy—it’s illegal,” Luthmann said.
Danesh refused to answer, deflecting with personal attacks. The Mega Influencer would not address the OnlyFans revelations in filed court documents.

Volpe summed it up: “Danesh is running his mouth, trying to bury the truth. But the law is clear. Without 2257 releases, he’s violating federal law.”
The podcast covered how Danesh’s attempts to twist the narrative backfired.
“Danesh said he helps people,” Luthmann said. “But I’ve got 20 or 30 victims lined up, ready to tell their stories. Danesh’s justice has no guardrails. The real justice system has safeguards to protect innocent actors, the reliability of the evidence, and the sanctity of the process. Danesh’s version of justice would be a joke if it didn’t leave a trail of death and mayhem in its wake.”
Luthmann continued, “The way Danesh Noshirvan’s ‘justice’ operates is reckless, malicious, and criminal, and I fully expect the consequences of his ‘justice’ to be laid bare at trial, given that Danesh’s testimony at this hearing swung the barn door wide open. The sh-t is already out of the horse, and it stinks.”
The Fifth Amendment: Misunderstood By Danesh, Expertly Used By Luthmann
Luthmann also addressed the facts surrounding his decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment in court.
On social media rambles, Danesh tried to use that against him, claiming it meant guilt.
But Volpe set the record straight: “People completely misunderstand the Fifth Amendment. Asserting it doesn’t mean you’re guilty. It means you’re protecting your constitutional rights.”
Luthmann detailed how Danesh’s lawyer, Nick “Chia Pet” Chiappetta, tried to turn the hearing into a show trial, accusing him of federal witness intimidation.

“I was accused of the heinous crime of witness intimidation for publishing Brad LaPorte’s junk report. So I asserted every privilege I had—HIPAA, Reporter’s Privilege, and the Fifth. That’s not hiding. That’s using the law as the framers meant it to be used,” Luthmann said. “It’s not wrong or corrupt. It’s smart. I’m smart. And Danesh and Dickless Nick are very, very stupid people.”
Danesh’s Victims Speak Out
The episode also highlighted Danesh’s pattern of digital harassment, focusing on Coco Briscoe’s story. Briscoe, a social media personality who ran a light-hearted dating show, became a target after Danesh’s online mob attacked her.
“Coco was just documenting the dating scene in DC,” Luthmann said. “Danesh twisted that into some criminal narrative, sending his digital army after her.”
Danesh even admitted he knew nothing about her case before launching attacks. In an apology, he wrote, “I was never going to even comment on it… I should not have said anything.”
But when Briscoe sought clarification, Danesh turned on her again, calling her “insane,” a “liar,” and “toxic.”
“That’s the real Danesh,” Luthmann said. “A manipulator who uses his platform to destroy people he knows nothing about. He did the same thing to Aaron De La Torre, and now he’s dead. Hopefully, the Denton County District Attorney, Paul Johnson, will grow some balls and put the case on indictment. Danesh digitally raped that community, and you’d expect more than a circular firing squad from Texas Lawmen. Maybe a real prosecutor like Ken Paxton needs to take over.”
Danesh Noshirvan Exposed: A Shadow Government of Internet Justice
The podcast’s central theme was that Danesh has created his own “shadow government” of digital justice, operating outside the real courts.
“He’s dispensing justice with no safeguards, no Constitution, and no respect for the law,” Luthmann said. “It’s a kangaroo court run by a social media bully.”
Guest Christy Black added her perspective.
“Show me the courts that uphold the Bill of Rights anymore,” she said. “The real problem is that we’ve let people like Danesh build their own systems of punishment. It’s a war on due process.”
Volpe concluded with a warning.
“Danesh thinks he’s won. But the victims are coming forward. The facts are coming out. And the law will catch up with him.”
Danesh Noshirvan Exposed: Final Words
In the end, Luthmann and Volpe vowed to keep shining a light on Danesh’s web of lies.
“He can’t hide behind his followers forever,” Luthmann said. “We’re going to expose every lie, every victim, and every abuse of power. The real justice system will have the final say.”
The episode was a blistering takedown of an influencer who sees himself as above the law.
But Luthmann, Volpe, and their guests made it clear: the truth will outlast the lies.
