FREE SPEECH FOR ME, BUT NOT FOR THEE

On Episode 40 of The Unknown Podcast, journalists Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe savaged YouTuber Megan Fox, calling her a “First Amendment fraud.”

Joined by guest Christy Black, the trio exposed Fox’s hypocrisy, lies, and legal harassment in the name of cancel culture and YouTuber Jeremy HalesHodunk Hillbillies cult.

“She says she’s a free speech champion,” Volpe said. “But the moment someone uses that speech against her, she calls the cops.”

The incident started when Luthmann published publicly available property records revealing Fox’s residence in Naples, New York. Luthmann also published a picture of the property obtained from Google Maps.

Fox retaliated by contacting the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

“I got a call from a New York state trooper,” Luthmann said. “I told him straight: I’m a journalist. I’m not in your jurisdiction. Write that down in your little report. Then I hung up.”

According to Volpe, Fox’s hypocrisy runs deep.

“She’ll shove a camera in a judge’s face, but God forbid someone list her address from public records. That’s the line?” Volpe said. “She only cares about the First Amendment when she’s the one doing the talking.”

Luthmann didn’t hold back.

“Megan Fox looks like a Reptilian from the center of the Earth,” says Richard Luthmann.

“She’s f–king pathetic,” he said. “She lost her last shred of credibility as a journalist. She should crawl back into the hole she came from and spare everyone the sight of her hideous face.”

FROM REPORTER TO RETALIATOR: THE REVENGE PORN LIE

The podcast also tackled Megan Fox’s accusation that Luthmann committed “revenge porn” under the Take It Down Act.

The basis? A satirical video using cutout-style avatars of Fox and Hales in a car—clearly cartoonish and deliberately absurd.

“There’s no nudity, no sex, no realism,” Volpe explained. “It was a South Park-style joke. And she claims she called the FBI over that?”

Luthmann said the video was meant to draw parallels between anti-semites Jeremy Hales and Andrew Tate.

“It’s satire,” he said. “It was meant to show how Hales exploits people. Megan lets herself be used in the same way.”

Volpe, who’s covered real revenge porn cases, was disgusted.

“This insults real victims,” he said. “Revenge porn is when you leak private, intimate content. Not when someone makes a goofy parody.”

Fox’s overreach, according to the hosts, is an attempt to abuse federal law to silence her critics.

“She would weaponize the Take It Down Act and try to crush journalism,” Luthmann said. “That’s not just unethical—it’s dangerous and crazy. She’s a f–ing loon.”

FROM REPORTER TO RETALIATOR: THE TRUTH ABOUT LESLIE FERDERIGOS

In a move that shocked longtime viewers, Megan Fox turned on LawTuber Leslie Ferderigos—an attorney she once publicly praised for exposing guardianship abuse.

From Reporter to Retaliator: Leslie Ferderigos is intelligent and beautiful inside and out, but especially on the inside, where it counts the most. Megan Fox could learn a thing or two.

Why the flip? The hosts say it’s cult behavior.

“She’s in the Hales cult now,” Volpe said. “You can’t think for yourself. You have to turn on anyone who questions the leader.”

Ferderigos, a guest on The Unknown Podcast and the Legally Leslie YouTube show, once drew national attention for helping victims of fraudulent guardianships.

Fox used to promote her work.

But now?

“She lies about Leslie because Leslie dared to question Jeremy Hales’ frivolous lawsuits,” Luthmann said. “Fox isn’t a journalist. She’s a foot soldier in a disinformation campaign, and a sh-tty one at that.”

Volpe pointed to past reporting from MichaelVolpe.Substack.com and The Frank Report showing how Fox parroted Hales’s lies while ignoring verifiable facts.

“She doesn’t care about truth,” Volpe said. “She cares about staying in Hales’s good graces.”

FROM REPORTER TO RETALIATOR: LEGALLY DOOMED AND CULT-LIKE BEHAVIOR

The show also revisited the growing backlash against Jeremy Hales and his legal clown car. His multi-defendant lawsuits have been widely panned as SLAPP suits—strategic lawsuits against public participation.

Jeremy Hales: Bozo

“He’s a bozo with a shotgun complaint,” Volpe said, referring to Hales’s vague, inflated legal filings.

The hosts said the “What the Hales Echo Chamber”—which includes Fox and YouTubers like TUG (That Umbrella Guy), Rosalyn Due, and “Pear-Head” Jay Hipster—has become a digital cult.

Hales’ latest Florida case, which was filed in Gainesville federal court, is about to be dismissed. If not, Luthmann is ready.

“They lie, they gaslight, and they call the cops when the narrative slips,” Luthmann said. “It’s not just pathetic—it’s Orwellian.”

Christy Black chimed in: “Megan Fox says she’s for the First Amendment until someone uses it to criticize her. Then she runs straight to the sheriff.”

THE FINAL VERDICT

Megan Fox has gone from covering CPS corruption to becoming what she once exposed.

She’s lied about being doxxed, abused a federal law meant to protect sex crime victims, and now supports a YouTube cult leader with a track record of antisemitism and abuse.

“She’s a cautionary tale,” Volpe said. “The journalist became the story—and it’s a sad one.”

Luthmann agreed: “She wanted fame, not facts. She got both—but one came at the cost of her soul and the other her reputation.”

As The Unknown Podcast continues its coverage, Luthmann and Volpe promise even more revelations about Fox, Hales, and the fake lawsuit grift machine they’ve built.

“You want war?” Luthmann said. “I’m your huckleberry.”
