TIKTOK PREDATOR EXPOSED: COURTROOM CLOWN OR CANCEL CULTURE KING?

Danesh Noshirvan, the self-styled “TikTok accountability influencer,” is suing for defamation—because someone dared to call him what he is: a predator.

During a no-holds-barred episode of The Unknown Podcast, investigative journalists Richard Luthmann and Michael Volpe dismantled the lawsuit, exposing Noshirvan’s lies, contradictions, and criminal exposure.

Luthmann is suing Danesh for $20 million for calling him a “pedophile” on his Substack page. He also is the complaining witness in a criminal complaint against the TikTok killer.

“Danesh is a predator,” said Luthmann. “By definition, he exploits others for gain—financial, social, political. That’s what he does.”

Noshirvan has launched multiple cancel culture campaigns that ruined lives. His misinformation drove a Texas high school coach, Aaron De La Torre, to suicide. The fallout from that campaign included police investigations, PTSD, and reputational devastation.

“He made it up,” said Luthmann. “He claimed De La Torre touched a kid. There was no video. No evidence. The police cleared him. But it didn’t matter. The coach believed his life was over. So he ended it.”

And yet Danesh wants sympathy. His lawsuit says being called a “predator” and a “swinger” damaged his reputation.

The podcast exposed that both claims are not only true—they’re supported by court documents and sworn testimony.

TIKTOK PREDATOR EXPOSED: TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE

Danesh’s lawsuit revolves around two terms: predator and swinger.

Let’s talk facts.

Danesh says a flyer in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, called him a PREDATOR. That’s true.

According to Merriam-Webster, a predator is “one who injures or exploits others for personal gain or profit.

That describes Danesh perfectly. He uses social media mobs to destroy people—then profits from their pain.

Ask Lori De La Torre, Aaron’s widow. This week they were supposed to be celebrating his 50th birthday this week.

Danesh also claims defamation because someone called him a swinger.

SWINGERS PARTIES! Hannah Noshirvan admitted to THREE SOMES with Danesh and authenticated his OnlyFans page.

But his wife, Hannah Noshirvan, testified under oath that they are in an “open relationship.” She confirmed her participation in a threesome that appeared on Danesh’s now-defunct OnlyFans account and is memorialized as part of the court record.

One of the women in the video was Hannah. The other? Unidentified.

And that’s a problem.

Under federal law, any person producing adult content must obtain signed model releases under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Danesh failed to do so. He was thrown off OnlyFans. That’s a federal felony if he didn’t keep the records, right? Looks like it.

“Who is the other woman?” asked Luthmann on the podcast. “Is she over 18? Did she consent? Did she sign a release? If not, Danesh is in serious trouble.”

TIKTOK PREDATOR EXPOSED: DOXXING IS VIOLENT—JUST ASK THE SUPREME COURT

Danesh cried foul when a billboard went up in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, calling out his favorite weapon: doxxing.

The billboard read: “DOXXING IS VIOLENT.”

It wasn’t wrong.

Noshirvan’s cancel crusades include doxxing six Supreme Court justices following the Dobbs decision. He helped radical mobs show up at their homes.

Even U.S. Senator Ted Cruz called him out for it, linking his actions to an attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

“He was part of that,” said Luthmann. “Danesh spread the addresses. He egged on his mob. And he got people hurt.”

And yet federal judges—like Kyle Dudek and John Steele in Fort Myers—refuse to act.

Even after a Big Law partner from Duane Morris LLP, his mother, and the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Bar Association received death threats from Danesh’s followers, the court’s response was: “Wait a month.”

“Justice delayed is justice denied,” Volpe said on-air. “And in this case, the court’s silence is complicity.”

TIKTOK PREDATOR EXPOSED: THE CAMP CONSPIRACY AND THE WITNESS INTIMIDATION FANTASY

Danesh’s 132-page lawsuit references journalist Joey Camp 463 times—despite Camp not even being a party to the case.

“He’s obsessed,” said Luthmann. “He sees Joey Camp in his cereal bowl. I’m no doctor, but it smacks of sickness.”

These are Danesh’s PICTURES of Camp in the lawsuit:

Danesh also claims, without evidence, that Luthmann and Camp conspired to intimidate a witness, Brad LaPorte, by publishing an expert report. But there was no protective order. The report was redacted. It was journalism.

“That’s the trick corrupt people use,” Volpe explained. “They scream witness intimidation when the reporting is too good.”

Danesh says he was ambushed at his Boca Raton deposition. But it wasn’t a leak. He posted his travel plans on social media.

Luthmann found the location by calling seven court reporter firms and hitting paydirt.

“That’s what journalists do,” Luthmann said. “We investigate. We find the truth. Danesh is just mad he got served.”

THE CASE COLLAPSES AND THE CLOCK TICKS

Danesh’s lawsuit is unraveling. Every major claim he makes is verifiably false—or worse, self-incriminating.

He claims to be a victim. But he’s the aggressor.

His Substack smears, his AI manipulation, his court abuse—they all reveal a man weaponizing lies for influence.

“This guy belongs in prison,” Luthmann declared. “I don’t care if I collect a penny from my lawsuit. I hope he’s behind bars before we reach trial.”

Criminal prosecution appears exceedingly on the horizon. Danesh’s content raises serious concerns under federal pornography statutes, civil rights violations, and cyberstalking laws.

And with the statute of limitations for SCOTUS doxxing open until 2027, federal prosecutors still have plenty of time.

In the meantime, Luthmann is fighting fire with fire—in court, online, and in the public eye.

“This is war,” Luthmann said. “And I’m winning.”
