What the Radical Left Lunatics would call the “now-infamous Signal chat” included Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vice President JD Vance, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.
Suddenly, The Atlantic’s rabid anti-Trump editor, Jeffrey Goldberg, was “accidentally” added. The chat detailed U.S. strikes on Iran-backed Houthi rebels and blasted Europe’s refusal to pay its fair share.
Goldberg predictably leaked it. It went exactly as planned.
“Classic counterintelligence,” an intel source said. “They baited Goldberg. He drove it straight to the heart of the media cycle.”
Speaker Mike Johnson praised the Yemen mission: “Accomplished with precision.”
But the bigger win was strategic—America is done footing Europe’s defense bill.
“We carry ALL the burden. They enjoy ALL the benefits,” White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said.
President Trump was clear. Europe relies on America to protect shipping routes like the Suez Canal—where 3% of U.S. trade flows, but 40% of Europe’s.

The irony is that the Left loved Signal until Saturday. During the Biden administration, the use of encrypted messaging apps like Signal was encouraged for government officials handling sensitive information.
In December 2024, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) recommended that highly targeted government personnel adopt end-to-end encrypted communication applications, such as Signal, as a best practice to enhance security.
This guidance aimed to protect against cyber threats by ensuring that communications remained confidential and secure.
It was laughable. Rice—Obama’s scandal-plagued former National Security Adviser—called the controlled leak “reckless” and “dangerous.”
This is the same Susan Rice who stood by silently while Hillary Clinton acid-washed her illegal email server—loaded with classified documents.
The same Susan Rice who can’t explain why Joe Biden kept boxes of classified materials in his garage next to his Corvette.
And, the same Susan Rice who missed the most critical intelligence of all—about the 44th President and his own “First Lady,” Michelle Obama.
Now, Rice wants Americans to believe that President Trump’s strategic military operation is somehow a “scandal”?
